My name is Andrew. Friends describe me as easygoing, independent and responsible. I tend to be quiet and reserved at first, and I honestly suffer from social anxiety, but I am actually a very goofy guy and fun loving guy once you get to know me. In fact, my sense of humor is probably the most marked dimension of my personality. I also tend to be a very empathetic and compassionate person. Listening to someone who is hurting emotionally and lending them a shoulder to cry on is one of my greatest strengths. People that know me know that I will never criticize them for pouring their heart out to me when something is wrong. Some other things about me... I live by myself, I have a career that I enjoy, I'm financially stable and I have excellent credit. In my free time I enjoy exercising. For the most part I eat a clean diet, which is mostly organic foods. But I do have a weakness for Texas Roadhouse and Chipotle Mexican Grill. I'm a trucker, and I've been driving tractor trailers since 2006. It's not exactly a glamorous job, but it's a lot of fun, and it's what I love doing. I've always enjoyed watching sunsets; and doing what I do, I get to enjoy driving into a melting sun on the horizon all the time. I love traveling, and I love adventure. I love the serenity and peace of mind that comes from driving through mountains and forests. I've seen this entire country from New York City to Los Angeles; from the majestic mountains of Idaho and Montana to the desolate deserts of Arizona and California. I've watched to sun rise over the Atlantic ocean, and I've seen the prairies of Texas dressed in yellow daisies and purple prairie verbena wildflowers as far as the eyes can see. I love constantly being on the move and exploring new horizons everyday... going from the mountains and forests of Maine and Vermont to the alligator infested swamps of Louisiana, or from the hills of West Virginia to the plains of Kansas. I love the excitement that comes from pulling 80,000 lbs. of chrome and steel over the precipitous upgrades and treacherous descents of mountains. I get a strange sense of pleasure when mother nature suddenly takes me by surprise and unleashes her fury on the land that I am crossing. These are what make my job a delight for me, and as far as I'm concerned, I have the best office window in the world! These are the most important qualities I am looking for in a woman: Christian faith; a love for nature and traveling; a great sense of humor; a warm, gentle personality; honesty, compassion, and integrity.
